These three words have come under fire recently, particularly in the United States, where the current administration feels justified in undermining the efforts over the last several decades to level the playing field by creating equal access for people of color, women, queer people, people of various physical limitations, folks from a multitude of religious or ethnic groups, etc.

Abbreviated to DEI, it's apprently become too easy to ignore or forget what these words aim to achieve. It's never been about giving unfair advantages to minorities. It's always been about creating equal opportunity for talented people from groups that have been systemitcally marginalized for decades or even centuries.

Based int he United States, they are known for their annual conference, fellowships, a strong & well-established global network, and close ties with many supportive top companies.

• EurOUT:
EUROUT is Europe’s leading LGBTQ+ conference for undergraduate, graduate, MBAs, PhDs and alumni students from top business schools. The brainchild of London Business School’s Out in Business Club, the event brings together over 500 delegates from 30 schools and 20+ sponsoring companies. We aim to inspire diversity and inclusion in the professional world and beyond.
Their mission is to empower LGBTQ+ students to build the life and career they want by connecting them with other students, professionals and organisations through our annual flagship conference and beyond, envisioning a future where LGBTQ+ individuals are proportionally and authentically represented in the business world.​​​
