How to increase your chance of success when applying for a prestigious MBA in the US

A few weeks ago, Post-Grad Solutions asked me my take on the best way to do this. As an American Higher Ed professional based mostly in Europe for nearly 20 years, many international applicants appreciate the perspective I give.
In today's job market, the question, "Is an MBA really worth it?" has come up a lot. But to be honest, this quesiton is very cyclical, and resurfaces every 5 or 10 years, particularly when the economy is struggling. But many people see the 2-year investment as good timing, knowing that job markets always rebound.
This time around, though, volatile geopolitics that have affected visas (during and post-MBA), exploding costs and shifting access to scholarships, particularly related to DEI, and of course, Artificial Intelligence has permeated every area of business.
