WHO THIS IS FOR: Sortlisted applicants who wish to improve their skills as an interviewer, to be better prepared for the specific questions typically asked by their target school(s), and to feel confident as they approach their interview(s). Let's get this right! • The interview is very much about soft skills, personality, leadership style & more. Your essays have gotten you shortlisted, but you still have a major hurdle to get past, and this is what we'll be training for. • The priorites of each school and their interview approach can vary greatly from school to school. THE PROCESS: 1. Casting: For each school, please email me all elements of your submitted application for my confidential review and preparation, inlcuding essays, CV, test scores, transcripts, etc. 2. The Rehearsal: The first part of our session will include pre-interview coaching. 3. The Performance: I'll act the role of an interviewer you've never met. This is recorded, with your permission. 4. The Critics say... We'll evaluate the interview togther, and I'll share my honest feeedback, things to look for in the video, points to improve upon, and encouragement. 5. Encore: Once you've made the necessary adjustments, you may want to do a second run, as many applicants choose to do. TIMING: Sessions run for 2 hours, including pre-interview coaching, the recorded simulation and the feedback moment. COST: To prepare the interview for one school, we can do it in just one session or multiple. Sessions are designed to focus on preparation for one school at a time.
